Founded in 1996, MPI offers full-maintenance and rehab services for REO properties in over 20 states. MPI continues to partner with FEMA, GSEs, Servicers and Regulators to help improve servicing of distressed housing markets resulting from economic downturns or natural disasters.

Founder: Adam Miles
Miles Preservation was founded by Adam Miles in 1996 and continues to provided quality repair and property preservation services to the mortgage field services industry. Miles Preservation has successfully navigated numerous industry cycles and has readily adapted to market demands through both business strategy and implementing significant technology innovations.
